We found a 210 Denier oxford weave (basketweave) nylon that had water resistant properties and more durability. Then we had our seamstress double stitch each enclosure for a reinforced structure. Both improvements led to a stuff sack that looks the same and has the same function as our traditional stuff sack, but can take 5x the beating. The stuff sack takes the largest beating of the whole product after all- It must protect whatever you decide to store, be it blanket or apparel.
